From onboarding to delivery, in six steps

Complete our online onboarding form, or scan the QR code in your provider onboarding pack. We’ll then create your profile on our treatment-planning platform at no charge.

The first consultation
For each case, capture three things: intra-oral scans, quality-control images and supporting documentation. The Doctor’s Library has useful resources, an editable Informed Consent form, guides to IPR, Attachments and Case Selection, downloadable marketing materials and more.
Case creation
You create the patient’s case online, and we add your scans (or scans of impressions) to the case. Email us at smile@smileclub.co.za and we’ll help you through it, there’s also a Guide to Case Creation in the Library. Candidate cases are automatically treatment-planned; a treatment-planning fee applies and is invoiced whether or not the case is manufactured.
Case review and manufacture
Treatment planning takes around 72 hours, and a case can be submitted for redesign as often as needed. Manufacture takes 7 to 10 working days and begins only once you’ve approved the case on the platform and submitted a lab slip.
Case delivery
The case is delivered in our packaging, including a protective carry case, lip balm, chewies, an aligner removal tool, an aligner file and a patient instruction booklet. Choose between the Active Aligners box and Active Aligners Teen.
